Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

SuperPass (onestreampass.com) is run by OneStreamPass, onestreampass@gmail.com. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean OneStreamPass. "You" means the person using the site or buying a pass.

2. What SuperPass is

These terms cover onestreampass.com and also the games and tools that use a SuperPass login, such as Super Crosser, Super Flappy Bird, SuperStacker, Super Speed Run, Neon Rush, Super Jumper, Super Invaders, Super Racer and Super Spiral, and our stream tools. Creating an account or logging in on any of them means you accept these terms.

Our games and tools are free to play. A SuperPass is a paid pass linked to your SuperPass account that switches on Streamer Mode, which lets TikTok LIVE gifts and chat control the games and tools that support it. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Roblox or PayPal.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 to have an account. If you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission before you buy a pass.
• Keep your password private and do not let other people use your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• An account can only be logged in on one device at a time on each site. Logging in somewhere else can sign you out of the first place.

4. Passes, prices and payment

• Day Pass is a one-off payment. It does not renew.
• Weekly and Monthly passes are recurring PayPal subscriptions. You are charged when you start and then again at the start of every week or month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges (see our Refunds & cancellation page).
• The price you will pay, and how often, is shown next to each pass before you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling.
• Payments are taken by PayPal. We never see your card details.
• Your pass starts as soon as payment is confirmed. You will not be asked to pay again for the same pass while it is active.
• If we change the price of a subscription we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Using the games and tools

Please do not cheat, hack, overload or interfere with our games, scoreboards or servers, use bad language in names or bios, upload pictures that are offensive or that you do not have the right to use, or share or sell access to your account. We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close an account without a good reason connected to a breach, we will refund any unused part of a paid pass.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep everything running but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may update, change or retire games, tools and features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid pass gives you, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused time.

7. Your rights and our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content and services are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise we are only responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and we are not responsible for loss of profit or business losses.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one shown when you bought. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

9. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also use the courts there. If you are unhappy, contact us first through our Discord server or by email at onestreampass@gmail.com and we will try to put it right.
