Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 7 October 2026

In short: you can cancel a weekly or monthly subscription at any time and no further payments are taken. Your pass starts straight away when you buy it, so once a pass has been activated and used it cannot be refunded. If something is wrong with it, your legal rights are not affected.

1. Changing your mind

When you buy online you normally have 14 days to cancel and get a refund (the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). A SuperPass is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay, and by buying one you ask for it to start straight away. By buying a pass you agree to this policy: once a pass has been activated and used it cannot be refunded.

2. Cancelling a weekly or monthly subscription

3. Day Pass

The Day Pass is a one-off payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

4. If something goes wrong

If a pass does not work, is not as described, or the service is faulty, tell us. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page. Depending on the problem we will repair it, reduce the price, or refund you.

If you see a payment you did not make or expected not to be charged, contact us straight away and we will look into it. You can also raise it with PayPal.

5. How to ask for a refund

Contact us through our Discord server or by email at onestreampass@gmail.com with your SuperPass username and the date of the payment. If we agree to a refund we send it back to the PayPal account you paid with, normally within 14 days of agreeing it.
